1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using services of Ramble Rental Games, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms.

2. Rental Period

Rental periods are set at checkout. Items must be returned by the due date unless an extension is approved.

3. Condition and Use

All games are provided complete. Customer agrees to maintain items in good condition and return all components.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Incomplete Items

Customer assumes full responsibility during the rental period. If items are not returned or are damaged/incomplete and unusable, Company may charge up to the full Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). At its discretion, Company may charge partial replacement costs or attempt repair/replacement before charging full MSRP.

5. Late Returns and Non-Return

Late returns incur a $2/day per item fee, accruing until return or until fees reach MSRP. At MSRP, the item is deemed unreturned and Customer will be charged up to MSRP, less fees already paid.

6. Payment Authorization

By providing payment, Customer authorizes Company to charge all applicable fees (rental, late, replacement), store payment information, and process charges without additional notice. Customer is responsible for accurate billing info and all account charges.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations ≥48 hours before pickup/delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be non-refundable. No refunds once the rental period begins.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or injury/loss from use or misuse of items.

9. Account Suspension

Company may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, repeated late returns, or failure to return items.

10. Modifications

Company may update Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
